(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Paper and electronic journals reported a story which says that the Israeli Rabbi, Ovadia Yosef, incited, in a religious lecture he made recently before Zionist doctors, on not offering treatment to any non-Jewish patient on Saturdays, implicitly suggesting not treating the Palestinian patients.Dimitri Diliani, a member of Fatah Movement’s Revolutionary Council, said that Ovadia Yosef, the spiritual leader of Shas movement which occupies 11 seats in the Israeli Knesset, is encouraging killing the non-Jewish patients, by forbidding the Jewish doctors from treating whoever is not a Jew on Saturdays. In a press conference held earlier on Sunday, May 20, 2012, Diliani said that the most recent fanatic Fatwa by Ovadia Yosef was issued last week during a religious lesson given to religious Jewish doctors, in which he said, for example, that in case a non-Jew was injured in a car accident and was admitted to the hospital on Saturday, the Israeli doctors should not treat him, for the Torah prevents violating the teachings of Sabbath.Diliani emphasized such a fanaticism that is void of any humanity made Yosef agree only on treating the Jews on Saturdays, confirming that the fanatic spirit of a spiritual political leader is manifested daily by the aggressive practices of the occupation against the Palestinian people. /129
